4 VALLEYS trail
The "4Valli trail" is a permanent and signposted route for MTB and MTeB located in the mountains of Carnia,
stretching 120 km with over 4,400 meters of elevation gain.

An unforgettable adventure, a personal challenge, through Val Tagliamento, Val Degano, Val Pesarina, and Valle del Lumiei, to be completed in 1, 2, or 3 consecutive days, with the awareness that it's not a race unless against yourself.
The goal is to certify the passage through the 5 stamp points you will find along the route, overcoming in some cases steep and very challenging climbs (taking you to the maximum altitude of 1882 meters above sea level at Sella Vinadia) and exciting descents, to then return to the point of your departure.
NEW TRAIL
The tough climb of Stentaria disappears and the route moves towards Val Pesarina, passing through Ludaria, reaching Pradumbli by traveling beautiful forest roads (a new stamp point), to then climb towards the huts of Selva di Pieria and descend towards Pesariis. Here comes the real novelty, with two alternatives: a more “difficult” one towards M.ga S. Giacomo where, at Nauscel, you encounter a 500 m portage section, or a relatively less difficult one that climbs towards Pradibosco and then up to M.ga Vinadia.
However, breathtaking views and spectacular climbs will not be lacking.
You will need to plan your tour well (especially if you are doing it on an e-bike to avoid running out of battery, charging points are available on a downloadable map in the “Route” area), and be able to face the stages with significant elevation gains, a very challenging test.
Now it's up to you to decide when to prepare for the departure and start the experience of the 4Valli trail.
To face this exciting adventure, purchase your "4Valli" kit from the website for 20€, and pick it up (by reservation) at our headquarters in Tolmezzo or at the Albergo Grimani in Ampezzo from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Inside, you will find everything you need to follow the route and reach the 5 stamp points.
The GPX track will be sent to you by email 2 days before the communicated start date of your tour.
Once you have collected the 5 stamps, you must hand in the completed stamp card to the info point in Ampezzo (Albergo Grimani) or at our headquarters in Tolmezzo to collect the trophy and, if you wish to be listed among those who have completed the trail (from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm).
If you are unable to deliver the card during these times at the info points, you can also send a photo of the completed stamp card to our WhatsApp at 3519607555 and have the trophy shipped to your home (7€).
